1. HECATE ENTHRONED
'Plagued By Black Death' taken from the Crank album 'Virulent Rapture'

Liverpudlian black metal six-piece Hecate Enthroned create a devilish and thematic atmosphere
as they rampage through blastbeats and furious vocals, but keep plenty of melody.

2. THE VINTAGE CARAVAN
'Expand Your Mind' taken from the Nuclear Blast album 'Voyage'

Young prodigal Icelandics The Vintage Caravan unleash classic '60s and '70s proto metal with a youthful zest propelling it.
Big riffs, sing along moments and head banging aplenty.

3. HUNDRED
'The Forest King Marches' taken from the Adapt album 'The Forest Kingdom (Part 1)'

Hundred deliver a lyrical adventure in true, classic heavy metal.
The impressive guitar work adds to the already potent melting pot alongside imagery of mystery, intrigue and fantasy.

4. SPIRITS OF THE DEAD
'Red Death' taken from the White Elephant/The End album 'Rumours Of A Presence'

It's a psychedelic journey into the unknown as Spirits Of The Dead tease you with hints of grandeur
and then inject some prog into doomy atmospherics and foreboding riffs.
Groovy and nicely bizarre.

5. VERDELET
'Clarity' taken from the self-released EP 'Lights Of The Old World'

Dirty, distorted and with vocals that will haunt you in the night, Verdelet take black metal and fuzz it up to filthy with impending doom,
whilst throwing some slightly death metal-y bits in there as well.

6. VIRUS
'Beyond The Boundaries Of Brutality' taken from the self-released EP 'A New Strain Of An Old Disease'

Sounding like the illegitimate son of early Slayer and Metallica,
Virus return with this cut from their second EP since their reunion after eighteen years apart.
This comes complete with a face melting solo and stabbing drums.

7. SAVING GRACE
'1994' taken from the Facedown album 'The Urgency'

Do you like a lot of bass drum in your tracks?
If yes, then New Zealand death metal-tinged groove quintet Saving Grace will be right up your street.
This is the kind of stuff designed with the moshpit in mind.

8. MORGUE ORGY
'4 Days' taken from the self-released album 'The Last Man On Earth'

Death metallers Morgue Orgy smash together technicality, brutality and keyboards to form an assault on the ear drums.
A track that never gives up its relentless aggression, '4 Days' is proper nasty, spiteful fun.

9. INCINERY
'Nothing Left' taken from the self-released EP 'Nothing Left'

Downtuned, bass-heavy, chugging thrash metal from Nottinghamshire, Incinery appear to be big fans of Exodus and Testament.
Expect fist pumping chants and intricate guitar work with no let up.
www.Facebook.com/Incinery

10. PAST THE FALL
'Behind The Lies' taken from the self-released EP 'Beggars At The Liars Banquet'

Don't be fooled by their name - these Londoners aren't another Verb The Noun sound-alike metalcore-band, they're a proper thrash band.
You can tell because the drums on this sound like drums, not digital explosions.

11. THE JEFFREY UPPERCUT
'Streetlights' taken from the self-released EP 'Live Hard'

Pummeling old school hardcore crew The Jeffrey Uppercut demand to be played in sweaty dark places full of people in Discharge t-shirts.
Clocking in at just over three minutes 'Streetlights' is a short, sharp, unrelenting ball of pure fury and energy.
www.Facebook.com/TheJeffreyUppercut

12. VOLTAGE
'Alone' taken from the self-released single 'Alone'

Dupnitsa in Bulgaria may not be on the map for thrash metal, but Voltage are obviously hoping to change that.
They're young, new and raw, so check this out to see if you think they've got what it takes.
www.Facebook.com/VoltageBand

13. LOCOMUERTE
'Ronque' taken from the Dooweet album 'Traicion Bendicion'

Mexican-themed crossover band Locomuerte dish out a quick and straight-to-the-point track,
one that is specifically designed for tequila slugging and destroying everything in sight.
This one comes with quite a kick.

14. CHAINSAW PENIS
'Party Brawl' taken from the self-released album 'Dark Side Of The Room'

Chainsaw Penis are indescribable. Seriously, our entire team couldn't come up with a fitting description.
It's extreme, metal and based on cult shit-flick 'The Room'. Beyond that? We're stumped.

15. CHAINSAW PENIS
'A Dozen Red Roses (Hai Doggy)' taken from the self-released album 'Dark Side Of The Room'

22 more seconds of a band voted for in every category in the Reader's Poll.

Somit gibt es also häufig angebliche Treffer.
