01 BARCLAY JAMES HARVEST - On Leave
Under the stewardship of John Lees, legends BJH refuse to rust. On Leave comes from new Studio album North, the deluxe version of which features an emotional farewell gig to late co-founder/keyboardist ‘Woolly' Wolstenholme at Buxton Opera House in February 2011.

Clearly a band with lofty ambition, Czech art-proggers Jeseter are currently busy with Siddhartha, an epic rock opera based on the novel by Hermann Hesse. In the meantime, they offer up this verdant delight - translation: In The Garden Of Trees - from recent offering Promena.

Comprising Pedro Galindo, Luis Arturo Guerrero and Salvador Govea, the Mexican prog-jazzers are on vibrant form on Raíces. Duelo (aka Mourning) is a meditation on the nature of pain in three parts: Perdida (Loss), Defresión y Furia (Depression And Fury) and Evocación (Evocation). Er, enjoy.
