With the haunting introduction by Danish artist Pellarin and the organic antique melodies of Russian Novel 23 combined with the bittersweet atmospherics of Adelaide's Pretty Boy Crossover and the quirky bleeps of Germany's Ckid this CD is sure to be rated as one of the best electronic music compilations in 2001/2002. Reef Project's intimate melancholic interlude is offset by Plod's blend of glitchy beats and fragile pianos and the musical tour is drawn to a close with Yee-King's jazzy beat driven track "Washing Bowls and Talking about Sex".
