Mit Diamond Plate bahnt sich wirklich eine hoffnungsvolle extrem junge Thrash Metal Band an.

Der Gitarrist ist mit seinen jungen Jahren unglaublich gut.
Er sieht aus wie ein junger Jeff Hanneman, ist nur jetzt schon besser an der Gitarre als sein Vorbild:)

Gefällt mir sehr gut! Nur mit dem Gesang werde ich nicht warm irgendwie...der stört mich leider etwas.
Aber im allgemeinen (und darauf kommts ja an) sag auch ich: stark!

Einmal bisher angehört... und großteils für scheiße befunden. Wie die andere da ist will ich gar nicht wissen. Allein das Cover... Die "Breaking The Wheel" fand ich eigentlich ganz gut.

Ich habe bis jetzt immer gedacht das HYADES die beste Italienische Thrash Metal Band sei, wurde aber vor kurzem des Besseren belehrt.

Mad Maze spielen einen lupenreinen 80ziger Bay Area Thrash Metal aus einer Schnittmenge von Testament, Exodus, Death Angel und Forbidden.
Der Sänger kann ähnlich melodisch wie Russ Anderson (Forbidden) singen und auf einmal in bester Chuck Billy (Testament) Manier grunzen.
Die Songs sind sehr abwechslungsreich und melodisch.
Der Sound ist "Oberfett", da kein Wunder von Andy Classen produziert und das Cover von keinem geringeren als Ed Repka angefertigt.
Stilechter geht es nicht mehr...Thrasher Herz was willst Du mehr...???

Mad Maze erfinden das Rad definitiv nicht neu, spielen aber einen Thrash Metal, was echt einen aus den Socken haut.

Bis jetzt der beste Newcomer in Sachen Thrash Metal 2012...!!!

Alkoholizer aus Sardinien sind ziemlich gut.

Wenns auch Speed Metal sein darf kann ich Baphomets Blood und Intöxicated empfehlen.

An sonsten einfach mal im Underground gucken... da giebts ne mänge Newcommer.

Hab selber auch ne Thrash Band... haben aber leider noch keine Demo...

Ach, hier wurde ja auch schon über dieses geniale Album gesülzt, haha!

Ich hab mir das Teil mal zu Gemüte geführt und was soll ich sagen? Das klingt wie Kreator "Pleasure To Kill" auf 'nem ziemlich üblen Acid-Trip, das ganze hin und wieder mit RHYMES OF DESTRUCTION-Keyboards (!), Blues (!!!!) und einigen Black-Metal-artigen Einschüben, dann wieder ruhige, sphärische und wirklich schöne Melodien. Zwischendrin werden dann auch noch Gedichte (!!!???!!? lol ) aufgesagt. Und dann auch noch alles teilweise in einem einzigen Song! Total irre Breaks an Stellen wo man sie nie vermutet. Sone selten dämliche Scheibe hab selbst ich selten gehört. Total geil big_smile

So: gehört - und für gut befunden! smile

Gereicht wird im wesentlichen, was zu erwarten war: melodischer, technisch anspruchsvoller Thrash der Oberliga. Zwar liegt die gefühlte 'Hitdichte' ein wenig unter dem Vorgänger, aber das fällt nicht wirklich ins Gewicht. Neu (oder hab' ich die erste Platte nur nicht mehr richtig parat?) ist, daß einige Parts einen recht deutlichen Mittneunziger-Black-/Death-Einschlag haben - hatte ich so nicht auf dem Zettel, gefällt mir aber durchaus! Kurz: von mir gibt's eine Kaufempfehlung. smile
