I think V/A 's are the worst. Id rather have 100 song releases to type in than a V/A
Just counted and I've added 61 comps so far. I don't mind them - except for the ones w/ cyrillic letters which are a complete pain in the ass to deal with..

So far I've only seen this format from Russian artists, but they do exist and I was wondering if this might be added to the Tontränger-option in the future? I have a couple of those I'd like to add and not all of them are bootlegs, belive it or not

enter 22711 into the artist field and this creates a blank entry. If you leave it blank it will create a new "blank" artist.
Hm.. this didn't quite work for me: http://www.musik-sammler.de/media/366316
There's now an artist called 22711 added to the DB
What did I do wrong?
Thanx. Seems the very intriguing artist "22711" is the way to go..
Kinda makes you wonder, Who will be the first die-hard completist "22711"-collector out there?

I have a few compilation LPs I wanna add, some with intros and outros that aren't really made by any particular band or artist, as well as one compilation with some instrumental interludes made by what looks like studio musicians. What do I write in the "Künstler/Bandname"-field for stuff like this??
Thanx for the answers. I guess I'll make up my own priorities for the time being, like double band/album entries, wrong country, wrong cover art etc...
Not sure exactly where to put this, but since my German sucks I'll start here. A moderator may move this or point to a thread that deals with this issue (I can at least read some German..)
Question: Which kinds of errors in the DB would be most important to report/correct? Reporting every little title misspelling, wrong catalogue#, wrong genre etc would maybe make too much work for the mods, so it would be good to have some kind of "top-10 worst errors" to go by, just so you know how to prioritize when reporting.
Danke!
Cheers! Yeah, I'm gonna start adding my collection in a more methodical way this week. Hopefully there should be plenty of new stuff for the DB - and even hopefullyer it will be added the right way, unlike my debut fuckup
