1. A.M.S.G. - Hostis Universi Generis
2. Zeal and Ardor - Devil is Fine
3. Seher - Nachzehrer
4. Panphage - Drengskapr
5. Urfaust - Empty Space Meditation
6. Dead Congregation - Sombre Doom
7. Cough - Still they Pray
8. Graves at Sea - The Curse that is
9. Dead Congregation - Sombre Doom
10. Alkerdeel - Leede
Muss ich noch genauer hören
neue CdG
neue Deathspell Omega
Stinker des Jahres (Live + Platte)
Nichts, was mir in Erinnerung geblieben ist.
Beste Konzerte

2. Mysticum
3. Mysticum
4. Mysticum
5. Profanatica

Panphage - Storm
Naevus - Heavy Burden
Eternal Champion - The Armour of Ire
Tusmorke - Ført Bak Lyset
Vektor- Terminal Redux

P.S. Listen to NAEVUS-The Dwarves Revenge

Of course i'm serious
That is why i am so interested why you are so passionate in choosing your words here.
"Pathetic" is a word i would use for stuff like "the end", as you did.
For sorcery it works pretty well to use these higher/echo vocals...makes it sound Special and atmospheric.
I don't think it always has to sound 100% Death Metal. That makes it Kind of boring.
Look at all the classics...all different and unique vocals. Chris Barnes, Matti Kärki...completely different.
But that made it so special and distinguishable. Nowadays most of the bands sound so similar and boring,
That i am happy, when they try something new and "brave".
I'm pretty sure the album would not interest me that much, if it has standard and trivial vocals.

The album to me was a big disappointment due to these weak, none agressive style of vocals. It makes the music sound so unnecessary. But to eacht it's own of course. I'm glad there are some people who indeed like this. Otherwise they wouldn't have any fans left.

I see, ok. Being disappointed about an album can result in harsh choice of words.
That is passion

Interesting discussion, i like it . I really like the new sorcery too but the new revel in flesh is for me so .... middle shitty
The new asphyx has exact one great song and the rest is for me "bäh". Here it is the vocals for me and the damn slow style. you hear it and think: now the song gets more faster and aggressiv but then .... more slowly. Damn. asphyx is one of the old dm-bands i can't find any good thing on them. i tried them so many times with so many diffirent releases but nothing got to work for my

Problem with last Asphyx album and Revel in Flesh is the production of Dan Swano i guess. He completely edited them to the last piece. Not one mistake or false growl to find.
Asphyx is not known for their fast paced death metal. They are from origin a death doom band. So yes. They dont hit 300bpm. Haha.

Asphyx is one example of bands, i really have and had my Problems with. I love the Crush EP and some Songs of the first Albums. But i never dig them completely.
Same with At the gates .. not a bad band, but not a classic to me.
The "Swedish Old School Revival" Bands like Entrails, Revel In Flesh etc ... took me by surprise when they started. I loved that the good old sound was back, BUT ....
.... that's just it, only the Sound. No Songs. Sound all the same after a while. The new Interment got on my nerves after 3 Songs, Sounded all the same. Boooooring....
But bands like Morbus Chron, Tribulation, Miasmal, etc they had that special spark. They got me moving

These last 3 you mentioned started of very well. And all chanced into something i can't even bother to put it up. Unbelievable hoe they turned from this to that within a time span of just a few years. Nice to evolve but they lost me.

Yes, well said. That is what i meant with writing a song and not just jerking off of the Sound. This surely is fun when you are holding the Instrument, but not so much as a listener
