Und passend dazu spielen sie das Album jetzt die Tage irgendwo komplett live. Habe gerade aber nicht die geringste Idee wo genau das nochmal war... ^^

Im März kommt eine Neuauflage von Morbid Saint - Spectrum of Death via Century Media.

Remastered, Gatefold, Booklet, 180gr Vinyl. Klingt nach einer vernünftigen Sache. Bei High Roller kann man bereits vorbestellen.

Jupp, die hab ich schon vorbestellt! Die ist sicherlich deutlich besser, als das schäbige Relapse Re-Release vor ein paar Jahren (welches ich mir damals sofort gekauft hab).
Die Version von Century Media wurde übrigens von Patrick W. Engel neu für Vinyl gemastert. Von daher erwarte ich da eine anständige Qualität und kann sie ruhigen Gewissens kaufen. Außerdem bekommt man jetzt ein Booklet mit allen Lyrics und hoffentlich das Originalcover mit dem Original-Logo (nicht so ein Blödsinn bei Relapse mit dem 3-D Computer Effekt im Logo und das völlig überflüssige, billig reingepixelte Pentagram im Auge des Eddie-Verschnitts).

Ach, und wenn wir schon bei "Demnächst auf Vinyl" sind: Century Media bringen auch noch die SINDROME Demos auf Vinyl raus. Kann man auch schon bei Nuclear Blast vorbestellen:

Laut CM: "After a series of low-key reissues and shabby bootlegs, Spectrum of Death will now be released on vinyl replicating the original sleeve design with an extensive LP-sized booklet telling you the full history of the band and including rare visual material"
Außerdem dürfte das Cover ein wide-spine Gatefold sein damit das Booklet auch problemlos reinpasst, scheint als hätte man sich hier wirklich mal Mühe gegeben eine ordentliche Version auf den Markt zu hauen...

After a few unforeseen setbacks within the last weeks we conquered all barriers and are back in full effect, focusing on the imminent release of the MIASMA "Changes" LP and CD, which will go to press next week.
